Momentium AI is built around AI-assisted, human-led content production. This page explains how we use AI, what that means for the content we produce, and what we expect of ourselves and the people we work with.
What “AI-Assisted, Human-Led” Means
We use generative AI tools to support content creation — drafting articles, generating branded image variations, helping plan topics, and accelerating optimization tasks. Every asset goes through human review before it’s finished, published, or delivered. AI helps with speed and scale; humans handle direction, judgment, brand voice, and accuracy.
How We Use AI
- Writing. AI tools assist with drafting and structuring articles. Drafts are reviewed and edited by people to align with your brand voice, correct factual or tonal issues, and remove anything that doesn’t belong.
- Visuals. AI-assisted image generation is used to produce branded illustrations and supporting graphics. We review every image for brand fit, quality, and appropriate use before it’s added to your content.
- Video. AI-assisted video tools are used to produce short-form video content when included in your plan. Scripts, direction, and final review are handled by people.
- Strategy and Visibility. AI helps identify topics, structure pages, and review search and content data. Strategic decisions are made by people based on what’s actually useful to your business.
What AI Doesn’t Do
- AI does not finalize content without human review.
- AI does not generate medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice as content under our service. Where industry-regulated content is needed, we work within the limits of what we can responsibly produce.
- AI does not impersonate real individuals, generate misleading claims, or produce deceptive content on our behalf.
- AI does not guarantee specific search rankings or traffic outcomes. Visibility work depends on many factors outside any tool’s control.
Quality and Accuracy
We take responsibility for the content we deliver. If a fact, claim, statistic, or quotation appears in a final published piece, we’ve reviewed it. AI tools can make mistakes — including plausible-sounding mistakes that aren’t true — and we treat AI output as a draft to be checked, not a finished product.
Where research, sourcing, or referencing matters to a topic, we verify against credible sources before publication.
Brand Voice and Authenticity
Step 1 of our process is brand voice work — understanding how your business communicates, what tone fits, and what you’d never say. This isn’t a one-time exercise; it’s the standard every AI-assisted draft is measured against during editing.
Disclosure
We don’t routinely add an “AI-generated” disclosure to every article — most modern content workflows use AI tools in some capacity, and disclosure on every piece would obscure rather than inform. When a specific use case or industry standard calls for disclosure, we discuss it with you and act accordingly.
Image and Video Ethics
Branded AI imagery is produced for your business and the content it supports. We don’t generate images that depict real people without consent, that infringe on identifiable third-party intellectual property, or that misrepresent products, services, or events. The same standards apply to AI-assisted video.
Changes to This Policy
AI tools and the standards around them are evolving. This policy will be updated as our practices and the broader landscape change. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent revision.
