Why don’t you price content by the word?
Because the article is only one part of the work, and longer isn’t always better. Our plans are built around managed content assets that include strategy, writing, editing, optimization, WordPress publishing, and ongoing visibility support.
Is there a setup fee?
All plans include a one-time setup fee. The amount depends on the level of onboarding, website integration, reporting setup, and content review required to make the monthly work successful.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No long-term contract is required before engagement. Some clients choose longer commitments for planning or preferred pricing, but the service isn’t built around locking businesses in.
Can I add more articles to my plan?
Yes. Additional content assets can be added when you need more than your monthly plan includes. If you consistently need more, moving up a plan is usually the better economic choice.
Are branded images included?
Some branded visuals are included in every plan to help keep content moving on schedule. Clients may provide their own images, or have us handle the visual support as part of the content process.
Is AI-assisted video included?
AI-assisted video is included in the Authority plan and may be available as an occasional add-on for other plans, depending on the video’s type, length, and purpose.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Plans can be moved up or down as your needs change, and we’ll prorate based on what’s already been delivered.
What happens if I want to stop?
We ask for reasonable notice so we can finish work in progress and hand off cleanly. We don’t hold your content, access, or WordPress site hostage — everything we publish belongs to you.
How is this different from hiring a freelance writer?
